Valérie Rouzeau to read at the Cork Spring Literary Festival 2011

Valérie Rouzeau was born in 1967 in Burgundy, France and now lives in a small town near Paris, Saint-Ouen, well-known for its flea-market. She has published a dozen collections of poems, including Pas revoir, translated by poet Susan Wicks and published by Arc publishers under the title Cold Spring in Winter, shortlisted for the Griffin Poetry Prize, 2010. She has translated works by Sylvia Plath, Ted Hughes and William Carlos Williams and the photographer Duane Michals. She lives mainly by her pen through public readings, poetry workshops in schools and radio. Visit Rouzeau's page at Arc Publications.
